Serving London and area adult swimming enthusiasts for more than 25 years, The London Silver Dolphins are focussed on FITNESS, FUN and FAST Swimming. FAST is a relative and very personal term of course. Whether you are 21 and looking to complete your first triathlon or 63 and getting your butterfly back in form after a few years away from the pool...The Silver Dolphins COULD BE THE CLUB FOR YOU!
We are proud to hang four of the last five Provincial Championship Banners in our Home Pool - The Canada Games Aquatic Center....and we take our competitions seriously, well sort of.... This season, one of our swimmers set a pair of Provincial Records; another was awarded for his prowess as the Top Overall Swimmer in Canada (in his age group)...still others...our Swedish Berry's....some of the 'sweetest ladies in the pool' are off to Sweden for the upcoming World Masters Swimming Championships.
So, if you want to have FUN , while getting or staying FIT.....come out and swim FASTER with THE SILVER DOLPHINS!
