Splash & Dash is an event that promotes active living to Londoner’s through a multi-sport event. The focus is fun! There are no timers or placing awards. The only award is the self satisfaction of completing a challenge.
Weaker swimmers may participate but must provide their own Canadian Coast Guard approved PFD or Lifejacket. No other floatation devices will be accepted.
Check-in: 10:30am-10:50am for all age groups
Swim Starts: 11am (by age group)
Event Ends: 1pm
Swim in the 50m Pool and run in the park
Proper swim and footwear required
